1) Call 18002086633 Toll-Free Customer Care & Choose the option to speak with Tata Play Representative.

2) Ask them to update your Registered Mobile Number RMN as you don't have your previously registered number with you.

3) They will ask for some questions from you like your Name, Address, Postal/Zip code & last Tata Play recharge amount & date for verification.

For Tata play last recharge amount & date you can check on your Tata Play Account by pressing the yellow button on Tata Play remote.

4) If you provide the correct information, they will change your Tata Play Register Number.

5) After that you will get all your Messages on your new Register Number RMN.

If you want to change your Tata Play register number by yourself, you can also do it. But for that, you need your previously registered number with you for OTP.

1) Visit the Tata Play Website.

2) Enter your Subscriber Id or Previously registered mobile number.

3) You will get an OTP to log in.
